Working With Other Organisations

How this works

In order to embark in many of the projects the Society is aiming to complete, the Society needs to work with either other voluntary organisations (Lighwater Resilience Plan, Lightwater Live, village fete, Scouts, The Briars Centre, voluntary support) or statutory authorities like Surrey County Council, Surrey Heath Borough Council, and Windlesham Parish Council.

The Society aims to develop stronger bonds with other voluntary groups within the village so that resources and expertise can be shared to benefit the community.

Through its membership structure the Society can formalise relationships with other organisations in order to fulfil a common goal.
